Ron Ricci

Ron Ricci is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational culture, data privacy, and automation in manufacturing. As the Founder and CEO of The Culture Platform since October 2020, Ron focuses on empowering leaders to enhance workplace culture through curiosity and self-awareness. Simultaneously, Ron serves as an advisor at Anonomatic, contributing to PII data privacy solutions, and chairs Phizzle, which innovatively automates pharma manufacturing via IoT. Additionally, Ron holds the position of President of the Board of Directors at Bill Wilson Center since 2006. Ron's corporate background includes significant roles at Cisco Systems, where expertise in customer experience and corporate positioning was developed, alongside partnerships at Cunningham Collective and Ogilvy & Mather. Educationally, Ron holds an MA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Politics from Fairfield University.
