J Stav is currently a co-founder and CEO at HEAT, where they lead the studio focused on simplifying animation. They also hold various roles, including VFX and freelance editing at XTR and post-production editing at Interscope Records. Previously, J served as a senior advisor and lead creative at EST Media Holdings, Inc., and led strategic initiatives at OP3N, LLC. J's diverse experience encompasses VFX, editing, and creative direction across multiple companies, including Pulse Films and Anonymous Content. They are currently pursuing education at Virginia Commonwealth University.
