Greg Breland is a seasoned construction professional with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University. They started their career as a Project Superintendent at Morse Diesel, managing construction of iconic high-rise landmarks. Greg held the position of Senior Vice President at RCC Associates for two decades, overseeing high-end restaurant and retail projects nationwide. They then served as Vice President of Development for The Cheesecake Factory, before becoming the Senior Director of Construction, Facilities at Tijuana Flats. Currently, Greg is the Senior Director of Design and Construction at Another Broken Egg Cafe.
