Joel Reynders is currently the Vice President of Culinary and Beverage at Another Broken Egg, leading the culinary strategy and product development for a chain of over 67 bars. Previously, Joel held significant roles such as Vice President of Culinary and Executive Chef at Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex and Director of Culinary Development at Ruby Tuesday. With a background that includes positions at Longhorn Steakhouse, Red Lobster, and Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, Joel is recognized for exceptional project management, team development, and the ability to foster positive relationships. Joel is also engaged in gaining certification through the American Culinary Federation Culinary Apprenticeship program.
