Michael Tankenoff

Michael Tankenoff has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the culinary and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Anova Culinary and a Mentor at Techstars, Tankenoff previously held roles as Vice President of Growth at SideChef and Vice President of Retail at Anova Culinary, where responsibilities included driving retail partnerships with major companies. Tankenoff co-founded Orange Chef, overseeing marketing and communications until its acquisition by Yummly. Earlier roles also include Account Manager at catchfire, Communications Consultant at North Loop Media, and Associate Producer at 1744 Entertainment. Tankenoff holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Arizona.
