James O'Malley

James O'Malley is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in client support and relationship management. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Anova since April 2019, James focuses on sales and client support in the field of Internet of Things solutions for industrial asset remote monitoring. Prior to Anova, James worked at DataOnline LLC from January 2013 to April 2019, where contributions included managing client relations, lead opportunities using SalesForce, and overseeing order management processes. James began the career as a Customer Support Technician and has previous experience as a lab chemist and technician at Garden State Laboratories Inc and as a Shift Leader at Blockbuster.
