John Haddy has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. John started their career at Macquarie University as a Manager of Engineering Workshops, where they provided design services and managed technical workshops. John later joined Radiata Communications, where they worked as a Senior Hardware Engineer, contributing to the development of the first silicon implementation of the IEEE 802.11a WiFi standard. John then moved to Cisco Systems, which acquired Radiata Communications, where they served as a Hardware Engineering Manager, working on wireless network IC development.
After Cisco Systems, Haddy joined BCS Technologies as an Hardware Engineering Manager before moving to Silicon Controls. At Silicon Controls, they held several roles, including Engineering Director and Engineering & Operations Director. John played a key role in the design and development of intrinsically safe industrial telemetry solutions and hardware telemetry platforms.
Finally, Haddy is currently working at Anova as a Product Engineering Director. John is responsible for designing flagship products for the propane industry and managing the technical aspects of manufacturing technology transfer. John also focuses on designing next-generation products for various industries and enhancing regional support.
John Haddy attended the South Australian Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1985, where they pursued a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics.
