Michele Raffles

Michele Raffles currently serves as the VP of People and Culture at Anova since June 2025. Previously, Michele held the position of Director of Human Resources Operations & Supply Chain at Copeland from December 2021 to July 2025, focusing on employee engagement, change management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources Operations & Supply Chain and Senior Human Resource Manager at Emerson from 2018 to June 2023, as well as HR & Training Manager at Cooper-Atkins Corporation from July 1998 to October 2018. Michele holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Quinnipiac University.
