João Paixao is currently the Operations Manager at Anova, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Production and Purchase Manager at Dikamar, S.A. and Global Cable, Lda. They have a strong background in engineering consultancy and production management, having worked in various capacities that involved implementing LEAN methodologies, overseeing production processes, and managing teams. João holds multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and has earned certifications in Lean Management and Six Sigma. Their academic journey began with an Engineer's degree in Electronics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
