Ray Cooper

Ray Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Ray most recently served as Director of Sales for the South Territory at Anova. Prior to that, they worked as a Mircobulk Sales Specialist and Propane Product Manager at Praxair Distribution, Inc. A Linde Company.

Before their time at Praxair, Ray held various roles at Ferrellgas, including Director of Retail Sales, Field Sales & Analytics Manager, and National Sales Manager for the Eastern United States. During their tenure at Ferrellgas, they successfully led the restructuring of the nationwide sales organization, supported multiple operations regions with indirect management of Account Managers, and was solely responsible for new business development of National Clients. Ray consistently achieved significant sales growth and margin improvement.

Earlier in their career, Ray worked as a National Sales Business Development Manager at DH Pace Company, Inc. where they were responsible for nationwide new business development goals and oversaw three National Sales Managers and customer relationships. Ray also served as a Regional Account Manager at Ferrellgas, achieving outstanding sales performance and ranking among the top sales personnel company-wide.

Additionally, Ray gained valuable experience in the restaurant and bar industry, serving as a General Manager at Willies KC, LLC and as Director of Operations at Willies-Field House, Inc. During their tenure, they successfully managed daily operations, achieved significant sales growth, and implemented cost control measures.

Ray Cooper attended Centralia Highschool from 1993 to 1997. Ray did not receive any degree or pursue a specific field of study during this time. From 1998 to 2003, Ray Cooper attended Missouri Valley College where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
