Sara Baptista

Sara Baptista is an experienced sales and customer service professional with a background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Sales Assistant at Anova since September 2020, responsibilities include managing Requests for Proposal, supporting the Business Development team, and overseeing order management and logistics. Prior to Anova, Sara held various roles at Hotel Roma, including Sales Executive, where Sara managed the corporate business segment and handled event contracting. Additional experience includes positions as Sales Executive Junior and Front Desk Agent at multiple hotels, as well as a Flight Attendant role at Crewlink Ireland Limited. Sara holds a degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra - Escola Superior de Educação, completed between 2002 and 2008.
