Shane Bailey

Shane manages the Operations team at Anpario. Specialising in process improvement and project management, he has led the successful development and modernisation of the production facility. With the future in mind, Shane has developed and introduced new technologies, providing the business with one centralised production facility with spare capacity for growth.

Shane joined Anpario in 2001 working in production before taking on the role of Production Manager in 2004. In 2011, he went on to join the Senior Management team and in 2013, he took on the role of Operations Director leading multiple functions across the business as well as heading up special projects.
