Alexandre Dubos

Alexandre DUBOS has extensive experience in management and strategic development, currently serving as DIRECTEUR DES OPERATIONS at ANRH since 2000, overseeing six establishments in the Centre, Pays de la Loire, and Bretagne regions. Previously, as DIRECTEUR DU POLE MEDICO SOCIAL, Alexandre managed four medico-social establishments and a Continuing Education Center. Alexandre also directed an adapted enterprise and an ESAT, supporting a workforce that includes 140 individuals with disabilities. Prior experience includes serving as Chef de centre at ELIS from 1992 to 1999, focusing on professional clothing and linen services while managing a team of 40. Alexandre holds a CAFDES degree in Social and Medico-Social Management from ETSUP-ARIF PARIS and a DESS in SME Management from IAE Tours Val de Loire.
