James Murphy is currently a CSOC Technical Analyst at ANS Group, having joined the company in September 2021, where responsibilities include supporting a 24/7 shift team. Prior to this role, James acquired experience as an IT apprentice at Commvault, providing first line support, and also completed a UKFAST IT apprenticeship at UKFast.
