Dr. John Fallahee

Dr. John Fallahee is currently the Director of Training at AnSer – Answering Services and Call Centers, where they oversee onboarding and the continuous development of agent training. They have also served as the Senior Pastor and Church Planter at Good News Bible Church since 2022. Dr. Fallahee has held various roles in sales and marketing, including Director of New Products at PMI and Director of Sales at NovelASPect.com. In addition to their professional endeavors, they are pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD and a Master's degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
