Jonathan Self

Jonathan Self started their work experience in 2002 as a Help Desk Support Technician at LandSafe Appraisal, where they provided support to lenders, customers, and employees. Jonathan then moved on to become a Production Support specialist, managing customer relations and creating fulfillment reports. In 2008, Jonathan worked as a Draftsman at Simtek, Inc, where they drafted artwork and prepared documentation. In 2011, they became an Associate Producer at Game Circus, LLC, and later transitioned to the role of QA Lead, where they managed the test team and performed various tasks. From 2013 to 2016, Jonathan worked at Microsoft as a Developer Support Engineer, leading the Microsoft Advertising Dev Support team. Most recently, since 2019, they have been working at Ansira as a Developer Team Lead, specializing in UI development and managing a team of front-end developers.

Jonathan Self pursued a Bachelor's degree in ATEC from the University of Texas at Dallas from 2009 to 2011. In 2016, they attended freeCodeCamp and obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certification in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to this, they completed an Associates of Applied Science in Applied Science from Collin County Community College from 2008 to 2009. In 2018, Jonathan also obtained an Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer certification. In addition, they have acquired various managerial and leadership certifications from LinkedIn in 2022.
