Krystal Akin

Krystal Akin serves as the VP Corporate Controller at Ansira since March 2024. Previously, Krystal held the position of Corporate Controller at Critical Start from May 2022 to January 2024, and prior to that, worked at Gainwell Technologies as the Director of Corporate Accounting from April 2021 to May 2022, following the acquisition of HMS, where Krystal also served as Director of Corporate Accounting from March 2016 to May 2022. Krystal has extensive experience directing corporate accounting operations, including financial reporting, month-end close processes, and SOX compliance across several organizations, including Dent Zone Companies, Inc., AECOM, and Venturity Financial Partners. Krystal's educational background includes an MBA in Accounting from the SMU Cox School of Business and a BBA in International Business from Texas Tech University, complemented by an international program in Italy.
