Previously, they served as Senior Manager of Meetings and Special Events at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where they consistently exceeded client expectations and revenue goals. Snider also held leadership roles at several organizations, including Director of Event Marketing at the Houlton Institute and Director of Corporate Engagement & Events at the Hetrick-Martin Institute, where they managed large-scale events and fostered significant corporate partnerships. They earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
