ANSRd Labs is a qualitative research & storytelling studio focused on how everyday decisions shape lives and systems across Africa. We blend field research, decision science, and straightforward storytelling to help NGOs, social enterprises, and mission-driven companies design programs and products that actually work in the real world.

What we do:

Custom qualitative research: ethnography, in-depth interviews, focus groups, diary studies, community co-creation.

Mixed-methods & evaluation: rapid surveys, instrument design, behavioral audits, outcomes/impact learnings.

How we work:
Ethics-first, dignity-by-design, grounded in Ubuntu/Ọmọlúàbí values, with strong research ops (consent, privacy, secure data). We partner with NGOs, philanthropies, public sector teams, and startups to mitigate risk and enhance real-world adoption.
