John Victor Jacob

John Jacob has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design and practice management. John started their career as an Animation Intern at XLPro E-Learning in 2014, where they primarily created animations and backgrounds using Flash for Gamified-blended learning modules. John then joined ansrsource as an Animator/Designer in November 2014, where they created animations for e-Learning courses and worked on interactive presentations. In April 2018, they were promoted to the role of Sr. Designer at ansrsource, where they were responsible for creating design concepts, maintaining design standards, and creating branding materials. In April 2020, they became an Associate Manager in Practice Management at ansrsource, and in April 2021, they were promoted to the position of Lead - Graphic Design. In this role, they coordinate and manages vendors, oversees project-specific graphic standards, and mentors team members.

John Jacob's education history includes an Associate's Degree from Arena Multimedia. John also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY. Prior to this, they completed their PUC (Pre-University College) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Baldwins Methodist Pre-University College. John'shigh school education was obtained from Seventh-Day Adventist School. Additionally, John Jacob has obtained a certification in User Experience: The Beginner's Guide from Interaction Design Foundation in March 2023.
