Natasha Horn has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. In 2011, they began their career as a Graduate Instructor at Illinois State University, where they taught courses. From 2012 to 2013, they served as an Associate Editor for Communication Teacher at the National Communication Association. In 2014, Natasha took on roles as the Assistant Director: Curriculum Coordinator at Girl Scouts of the USA, developing and managing summer camp programs, and as the Head Teacher/Instructional Designer at Avalon Lyceum English Institute, designing curriculum and overseeing teachers. In 2016, they joined Hannam University as a Professor, where they developed curricula and improved student engagement through the use of learning management systems. From 2017 to 2019, they also worked as a Camp Teacher at Hannam University. In 2019, Natasha joined Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology as an Instructor & Learning Developer, teaching courses and collaborating with professors to enhance student retention. Currently, they hold the position of Instructional Designer at ansrsource, where they contribute to instructional design efforts.

Natasha Horn completed their education at Illinois State University from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Communication and Media Studies. Prior to that, they attended Wayne State College from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations and Organizational Communication. In addition to their formal education, Natasha has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they received the ATD Creating Leadership Development Programs Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Natasha also acquired Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services in August 2020. Furthermore, Natasha completed the Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification, although specific details such as the month and year of acquisition are not provided.
