Vanessa Fludd has extensive work experience in instructional design, e-learning, and content writing. In their most recent role as a Senior Instructional Designer at ansrsource, they design and develops interactive e-learning experiences for corporate clients, conducts needs assessments, and interviews subject matter experts for course content. Prior to that, Vanessa worked as a Learning & Development Consultant for various organizations, where they provided instructional design services, acted as a program/project manager, and designed original courses in a wide range of topics. Vanessa also worked as a Freelance Content Writer/Editor, delivering high-quality content in various fields. Vanessa's earlier experience includes managerial roles at the Association for Talent Development (ATD), where they built and managed relationships with clients and oversaw the course design and delivery process. Additionally, they served as an Associate Dean at Strayer University.
