Lynne Thompson

Lynne Thompson is the Practice Lead at Answer Digital, overseeing the Practice Management Capability and ensuring optimal talent availability for clients among the organization’s 130+ consultants. Previously, Lynne served as a Project Implementation Lead at Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust and as a Senior Project Manager at North of England Commissioning Support, where they led the Local Digital Roadmap for Sunderland and South Tyneside. With a strong background in Project and Delivery Management across various healthcare sectors, Lynne possesses extensive skills in PRINCE 2, Agile Project Management, and Business Process Improvement. Lynne earned an MSc in Health Information Management from the University of Sunderland.
