With a background that includes extensive experience in project management and business analysis at DLA Direct, Lloyds Banking Group, and HBoS PLC, Richard has developed a deep understanding of challenges in sectors such as retail and finance. They served as the Managing Principal Consultant - Head of Digital Retail at Answer Digital from 2016 to 2020, driving digital transformation and client solutions. Richard holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from De Montfort University.
