Finbarr Joy

Finbarr Joy is a Non-executive director at Answer Pay. Finbarr has also worked with IMI, Superbet, and Lebara in the past. Before that, they were the Group CTO at William Hill from September 2012 to March 2016. There, they were responsible for the global technology strategy and implementation across various regions including EMEA, USA, and Australia. Finbarr also aligned the Technology development with the business evolution.

From May 2011 to September 2012, they worked as the CIO of Goldsmith Williams and was responsible for transforming the focus of IT from back office maintenance to market-aligned revenue generation. Finbarr also established in-house B2C technology delivery capability and accelerated delivery throughput and benefits realisation.

Before that, they worked as the Head of IT & Operations at BT Marketing Solutions from February 2009 to May 2011.
