Mitchel Bonds has a diverse background in human resources, recruitment, and executive search. Mitchel currently serves as the People Operations Manager at AnswerRocket, where they lead the People Operations Team in supporting the organization's talent goals. Mitchel is responsible for various aspects of HR, recruitment, organizational development, culture, and employee happiness. Prior to that, Mitchel held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at AnswerRocket.

Before joining AnswerRocket, Mitchel worked at Parker Executive Search as an Associate - Executive Recruiter. In this role, they specialized in Higher Education and Academic Health Sciences and successfully placed over thirty executives in leadership roles at universities nationwide.

Earlier in their career, Mitchel served at SecurTest, Inc. where they held multiple positions. As the Senior Compliance Officer, they reported to the CEO and led a team of researchers and compliance personnel. Mitchel managed FCRA, EEOC, and other legal reporting requirements for background investigations and also handled recruitment, onboarding, and talent development. Mitchel also served as a Compliance Manager and Background Investigator during their time at SecurTest, Inc.
