Andrew Ilnicki

Andrew Ilnicki is the Innovation Studio Director at the University of Richmond, where they focus on skill-building in design thinking and innovation for the university community. With nearly 20 years in higher education, Ilnicki previously served as the Director of Digital Innovation at the VCU da Vinci Center for Innovation and was involved in various teaching and mentorship roles. They have cultivated interdisciplinary relationships with industry partners, including Adobe and Apple, to provide students with impactful opportunities. Ilnicki holds an MFA in Visual Communication from Virginia Commonwealth University and has established a career as a designer, writer, and consultant.
