Ran He

Ran RAN is an experienced professional in the field of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), currently serving as the ESG Lead at Ant Group since December 2021. In this role, Ran RAN focuses on ESG strategy, operations, organizational structure, disclosure, ratings, and developing digital platforms related to ESG and carbon neutrality. Prior to this position, Ran RAN worked as an ESG Manager at Xiaomi Technology, overseeing ESG management, disclosure, and ratings from October 2020 to November 2021. Additionally, Ran RAN has experience as a Business Development Manager (ESG) at Zhonghua Gas Holdings Limited, where stakeholder engagement and ESG improvement were key responsibilities from May 2016 to October 2020. Earlier in career, Ran RAN served as an Engineer at ASM, providing technical solutions for consumer electronics manufacturing. Educationally, Ran RAN holds a Master of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Engineering Materials from The University of Manchester, and a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
