Ying L.

Ying L. is an expert in financial institution credit ratings with a focus on integrated risk management for midsized financial institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Manager at Ant Group since 2025, Ying oversees domestic and international financial institution internal ratings. Prior to this role, Ying was the Head of FI Ratings at S&P Global (China) Ratings from 2018 to 2025, where they developed rating criteria and conducted comprehensive credit analysis for over 600 financial institutions. Ying's extensive experience also includes positions at the World Bank, 中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司, and China United SME Guarantee Corporation, contributing significantly to various aspects of financial risk management and credit evaluation. Ying holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business.
