Ella Kavanagh is an HR professional and ACA Registered Counsellor with a strong background in strategic HR projects and counselling. Currently, Ella serves as the Head of People and Culture at Medinet and as an HR & Communications Business Partner at Antares. Previously, Ella worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at the Department of Transport, Western Australia, and as a Human Resources Consultant at ChoiceOne. Ella holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business (Human Resource Management) and Arts (Psychology), along with a Master’s in Counselling from Edith Cowan University.
