Antelope Therapeutics is a biotechnology company focused on the development of next-generation Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) targeting high unmet needs in gastrointestinal oncology (Colorectal, Pancreatic, and Gastric cancers).

Founded in 2024, Antelope is led by former executives of Mablink Bioscience and Emergence Therapeutics (both acquired by Eli Lilly in 2023). Our leadership combines deep expertise in ADC platform design with a proven track record in clinical development and business exits.

Our lead candidate, ATL-024, is a first-in-class ADC that has successfully completed preclinical proof-of-concept. Data demonstrate a potential best-in-disease profile compared to current ADCs in development for CRC.

We are currently advancing ATL-024 toward IND-enabling studies and are open to discussions regarding investment and strategic partnerships.
