Nan Yang

Nan (Andrei) Yang is a Senior Legal Specialist at Antengene since July 2021, previously serving in a similar capacity at the Quality Brands Protection Committee under the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment from February 2020 to July 2021. In these roles, Yang has engaged in legislative and judicial processes, liaised with government and international entities, conducted public policy research on intellectual property and trade, and developed internal control mechanisms. Yang holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Case Western Reserve University School of Law (2016-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Lawrence University (2010-2014).
