Nikolas Vafeiadis began their work experience in 1988 as a Radio Producer for the BBC World Service. In the same year, they also joined Antenna as the Head of Foreign News and Anchor. In 2016, they became a Post-Graduate Lecturer at the Ethniko kai Kapodistriako Panepistimio Athinon (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
Nikolas Vafiadis obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Journalism from City, University of London in 1987-1988. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in Geology/Earth Science and Geochemistry from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon from 1978 to 1983.
