Kirk Dammeier

Kirk Dammeier is currently the Project Manager Supervisor at Antenna. Kirk has over two years of experience in managing website development and enhancement projects for companies across different markets and business sectors. Kirk is highly skilled in developing and leading project milestones, including design, development, quality control, and SEO pre and post development strategy. Kirk is also experienced in promoting an inclusive team environment by consistently communicating requirements and expectations to all project resources.

Prior to joining Antenna, Kirk worked as a WordPress Project Manager at Americaneagle.com from October 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for implementing and designing WordPress website themes based on specific branding guidelines, enhancing SEO performance on websites, and analyzing site performance using Google Analytics. Kirk was also responsible for driving profitability by engaging clients in new enhancements and reporting Project progress, risks and profitability to internal and client teams. During their time at Americaneagle.com, Kirk also provided technical demonstrations of new web implementations to both technical and non-technical client contacts and utilized various Project Management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Slack, Basecamp, Jira, and LiquidPlanner.

Kirk Dammeier completed their undergraduate degree at Northern Illinois University in Special Education and Teaching. Kirk then went on to complete their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) at the same university.
