Michael Bornmann

Michael Bornmann has over 25 years of work experience, with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Michael started their career as a Marketing Supervisor at Star Enterprise (Texaco), where they managed retail outlets and coached franchisees. Michael then moved on to work as a Lead Financial Analyst at Entergy, where they provided financial and strategic analysis support.

Following this, Bornmann joined Sprint Nextel, initially as a Senior Director responsible for spectrum valuation and FCC spectrum auctions. Later, they became a Vice President, leading the team that negotiated Sprint's first network hosting relationship and evaluated a cross-carrier mobile payments initiative.

Bornmann then worked at Novation Services/Teltech Communications LLC as an Executive Vice President, driving the go-to-market strategy for field marketing services in the telecommunications industry. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Anterix, where their responsibilities include developing and maintaining the go-to-market business case, determining pricing strategy, and negotiating partnership agreements.

Michael Bornmann attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. Following their undergraduate studies, from 1995 to 1997, Michael pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, specializing in Finance and Management.
