Troy Roach

Troy Roach has extensive experience in health, safety, security, and environmental compliance, currently serving as the Vice President of HSSE at Antero Resources since October 2014. Previously, Troy held the position of Vice President of HSE at Key Energy Services and was the Americas Occupational Safety & Health Manager at Lloyds Register Americas, Inc., where Troy achieved OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certifications and launched the Humble Heroes Foundation. Additional roles include Vice President of HSE/HR at Eagle Geophysical Onshore, Inc., and VP of QHSE North America at Geokinetics, where Troy implemented an online QHSE Management System. Troy's career began at CGGVeritas as QHSE Manager for the U.S. Division, focusing on monitoring QHSE performance and developing safety programs. Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University.
