With a strong background in program management, Amanda has successfully led strategic initiatives in multiple countries and brands, focusing on reducing food waste by over 70%. Their experience spans major global food companies, including Intersnack, KP Snacks, and Ella's Kitchen, where they have built a robust expertise in sustainability management, circular economy, and carbon literacy. Currently, Amanda serves as a Senior Consultant at Anthesis Group, helping organizations develop strategies to reduce food loss and waste while promoting sustainable food systems. Amanda holds a BSc in Marketing and Modern Languages from The University of Salford, a PG Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and has trained in business sustainability management at the University of Cambridge.
