Brett Trainor

Principal Consultant, North America at Anthesis

Brett (she/her) brings seven years of experience in social entrepreneurship and management consulting to Anthesis’ Strategy Activator team. Her expertise lies in using complexity-centered approaches to shift company culture and strategy towards futures that are both high-performing and sustainable. Brett has successfully managed projects and relationships with a diverse range of clients across North America, in sectors including hospitality, financial services, real estate development, higher education, and engineering.

Brett holds a BSc. (Honours) in Global Resources Systems from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. In her free time, Brett gratefully explores the outdoors near her home, and sits on multiple non-profit boards that promote equity and inclusion in the outdoors, including Mountain Mentors, the organization she co-founded in 2016.
