Rhoda Lim

Rhoda Lim is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR disciplines. They began their career as an HR Assistant at MBTC Technology, Inc. from 2006 to 2011, before advancing to roles such as HR Officer at Energy Development Corporation and HR Business Partner at Continental and Link Group. Currently, Rhoda serves as the APAC People & Development Lead at Anthesis Group, following their position as Group Human Resources Manager at ShipServ. They hold a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines and dual bachelor's degrees in Guidance and Counseling and Psychology from De La Salle University.
