They co-founded Anthesis in 2009, providing comprehensive support for ERP solutions, and have been instrumental in delivering high-quality service to a global customer base. Additionally, as a Founding Partner at Jurupa since 2013, Tom focuses on addressing technology recruitment challenges for emerging companies, particularly in EMEA. Since 2017, they have also been co-founding AS Global Holdings, further expanding their expertise in the technology sector.
