Leland Dalby has extensive experience in program management and coordination, with a focus on supporting individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as Director of IECBS & Social Enterprise at Anthesis, Leland is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining a person-centered culture. In previous roles at VIP, Inc. and PneuDraulics, Inc., Leland demonstrated expertise in training, supervision, and program evaluation. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and an AA in Psychology from Chaffey College, Leland brings a strong academic background to their work in the field.

Anthesis is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to serving adults with disabilities, enriching lives through vocational training, employment preparation and placement, specialties in Autism, senior citizen specialties, and community integration opportunities. Established in 1966, Anthesis has evolved into a multifaceted organization with five major programs of service and a Thrift Store. Over 400 individuals who have disabilities are supported each year through the exceptional dedication of staff and the outstanding leadership of the Board of Directors. Anthesis is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. All donations are tax deductible to the extent of the IRS codes.
