Shawn Prokopec has a vast experience in executive leadership roles within non-profit agencies, overseeing educational, social, and mental health services for children and adults. As CEO of Anthesis, Shawn continues to demonstrate strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Prior to this, Shawn served as the Managing Director at the Institute for the Redesign of Learning and Regional Programs Director at Olive Crest, where Shawn managed significant county contracts and supervised various services for children, youth, and families. With a background in psychology and extensive knowledge of child welfare policies and procedures, Shawn has proven himself to be a dedicated and knowledgeable professional in the field.

Anthesis
Anthesis is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to serving adults with disabilities, enriching lives through vocational training, employment preparation and placement, specialties in Autism, senior citizen specialties, and community integration opportunities. Established in 1966, Anthesis has evolved into a multifaceted organization with five major programs of service and a Thrift Store. Over 400 individuals who have disabilities are supported each year through the exceptional dedication of staff and the outstanding leadership of the Board of Directors. Anthesis is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. All donations are tax deductible to the extent of the IRS codes.
