Jo Packer

Jo Packer currently serves as VP of Design at Anthology Inc since November 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Director of UX and Digital Design at Arm from June 2017 to November 2024, where responsibilities encompassed defining digital strategy, developing a design system, and enhancing accessibility. Jo also held positions at Arm as Director of UX and Head of Customer Experience, focusing on building and leading design and research teams to address complex challenges. Previous roles include Head of Product Design at Bravi Software, leading design efforts for mobile and web applications, and Head of Design Research at the University of Cambridge. Jo contributed as a committee member for the Usability Professionals Association Cambridge Chapter from 2008 to 2014. Educated at Norwich University of the Arts with a BA (Hons) in Animation, Graphic Design, and Illustration, Jo brings a diverse skill set to the field of design.
