Richa Batra

Richa Batra, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Richa currently serves as a Board Member at New Futures, starting in 2024. From 2022 to present, they have held multiple roles at Anthology Inc, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, General Manager. In 2021, they were a Founding Member at Chief. Prior to this, from 2009 to 2022, they worked at Blackboard in various leadership positions, such as Vice President, General Manager and Director, Operations. Richa also has experience working at the American Society for Training & Development as Director of Sales and at Nordstrom as an Associate. Richa Batra's extensive work experience demonstrates their ability to lead teams, drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and implement effective strategies in the education and training industry.

Richa Batra, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business. Richa also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from the University of Maryland. In addition to their formal education, Richa has obtained several certifications including "The Science of Well-Being" from Yale University, "Leading SAFe" from Scaled Agile, Inc., "Artificial Intelligence in Business" from Harvard Extension School, "HDI Support Center Manager" from HDI, "Certified Leadership Development & Customer Service Trainer" from AchieveGlobal, and completed international residences at Escuela de Postgrado de la Facultad de Economía y Negocios de la Universidad de Chile and Sciences Po in 2008 and 2006 respectively.
