Da Yan has extensive experience in the field of computer science, currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic since July 2022, focusing on compute for pre-training and inference. Prior to this role, Da Yan worked as an Independent Contractor at OpenAI from April 2021 to June 2022, contributing to the development of Triton, a DNN compiler for generating efficient GPU kernels.
