Daniel Xu

Daniel Xu currently serves as a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic, focusing on advancing the future of intelligence. Previously, Daniel held the role of Director of Product Management at Snorkel AI, where contributions included modernizing the LLM inference stack and developing data-centric ML infrastructure. Earlier experience at Facebook involved leading teams to combat scraping vulnerabilities, while at DataVisor, Daniel played a key role in building ML platform capabilities that boosted revenues significantly. Experience also includes product management roles at Addepar, where enhancements to client reporting and compliance products were achieved. Daniel's foundational knowledge in machine learning was established through a student instructor position at UC Berkeley and internships at Microsoft and Goldman Sachs. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
