Isaac O.

Isaac O. currently serves as a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic, focusing on pretraining research and engineering since 2024. Concurrently, Isaac O. is a Graduate Researcher at the Berkeley RISE Lab, leading the LMSYS team on RouteLLM and has published a thesis optimizing transformer inference in communication-constrained environments. Previous experience includes a Research Intern role at Reka AI, where Isaac O. optimized multimodal inference and long-context modeling, and Graduate Researcher work at the Center for Human-Compatible AI, resulting in a publication on adversarial robustness of LLMs. Isaac O. has held software engineering positions at Citadel Securities, Monad Labs, Google, Motional, and Bot MD, with a strong emphasis on low-latency systems and data transmission.
