Kathryn Wright

Kathryn (Katy) Wright, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Real Estate & Workplace Experience at Anthropic, where responsibilities include developing and leading the Real Estate and Workplace Team to enhance office experiences and long-term strategies. Prior to this role, Katy held the position of Head of Real Estate and Workplace Services at Airtable, focusing on workplace strategy across the US and London, and served as VP, Head of Leasing at WeWork, managing a team to increase revenue and occupancy. Katy's experience also includes significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where as Executive Director, Kathryn (Katy) oversaw substantial corporate real estate portfolios and budgets. Katy holds an MBA from LeTourneau University and a BBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.
