Lynx Lean currently serves as a Member of Technical Staff in Safeguards at Anthropic since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Lyft from October 2018 to December 2023, where Lynx led a team of Technical Program Managers as Manager TPM and developed a centralized Security & Privacy Risk Repository. Lynx also established the Identity Access Management program and played a key role in the company-wide CCPA & GDPR readiness initiative. Additionally, Lynx managed global e-commerce projects at Levi Strauss & Co. and held various IT management positions at Cost Plus World Market and Expicient Inc. Early career experience includes software development at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Lynx holds a Master's in Photonics and Engineering from Ghent University and dual Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Physics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
