Michael Breen

Michael Breen is an executive leader and strategist currently serving as the Head of Strategic Initiatives at Anthropic, PBC. With a diverse background at the intersection of policy, law, technology, human rights, global security, and markets, Breen co-founded the International Refugee Assistance Project and contributed as President and CEO at both the Truman National Security Project and Human Rights First. Breen also has experience in strategic planning for climate initiatives and served as a Captain in the US Army. Educated at Yale Law School with a J.D. and holding a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College, Breen continues to influence various sectors through current roles and ongoing education at the Institute for Real Growth.
